The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Adulting. Sorted. Adulting. Sorted. operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, digital products and services made available through it (the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, set out the terms that apply when you access our website, use our Services or purchase our products.
By accessing or using our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
Adulting. Sorted. sells digital workbooks, guides and other digital resources unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and represent our products accurately. Colours, formatting and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, software or printing method.
Product descriptions, inclusions and prices may be updated from time to time. We may modify or discontinue a product at our discretion.

3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we confirm your purchase.

Because our products are digital and may be made available immediately after purchase, we may not be able to cancel an order after the digital product has been supplied or accessed.
Your rights in relation to refunds and other remedies are set out in our Return and Refund Policy and under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices, promotions, bundles and discounts may change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and displayed where required.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY
Adulting. Sorted. products are digital products unless expressly stated otherwise.
No physical product will be shipped.
Digital products are delivered electronically following successful payment, generally through a download link, email or other digital delivery method.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you have suitable internet access, software and equipment to download, open and use the files.
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchase or believe you have received an incorrect or incomplete file, please contact us at hello@adultingsorted.com.au and we will assist you.
6. PERSONAL-USE LICENCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all Adulting. Sorted. products and website content, including workbooks, written content, graphics, designs, branding, logos, layouts and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Adulting. Sorted. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
When you purchase an Adulting. Sorted. digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may download the purchased files to your personal devices and print copies for your own personal use.
Unless we give you prior written permission, you must not:
- share purchased files with other people;
- upload the files to shared drives, websites, social media, marketplaces or other platforms;
- reproduce or distribute the products to others;
- sell, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the products;
- substantially copy, modify or create derivative products for resale or distribution;
- remove copyright or ownership notices; or
- represent our content or products as your own.
Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in that product.
All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved.
7. REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Because our products are digital downloads that may be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you change your mind, make an accidental purchase or decide you no longer want the product.
However, this policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian law.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Adulting. Sorted. is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our online store.
Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Adulting. Sorted., not between you and Shopify.
Shopify may process certain information as part of providing its services to us in accordance with its applicable privacy terms and policies.
10. PRIVACY
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating our store, processing payments and delivering digital purchases.

Consumer guarantees apply automatically where applicable and cannot be removed by store terms or policies.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adulting. Sorted. will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from your use of, or reliance on, general information contained in our products or website where such liability may lawfully be limited.
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on your individual circumstances and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights to remedies or compensation where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
The ACCC notes that businesses cannot use terms or policies to remove consumer-guarantee remedies, including rights relating to reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for loss or damage reasonably incurred by us as a direct result of your unlawful use of our Services or your material breach of these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or protections available to you under applicable consumer law.
