RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Adulting. Sorted. products are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Because our products are supplied digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or where you simply decide the product isn't right for you.

If you experience a problem accessing your download, receive the wrong file, or believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the appropriate remedy.
